Ellison Park is an 84-unit Multi-Family Development inside the city limits of Clarkesville, GA that is sustainably built. Structural Insulated Panel Systems (Aka: “SIPS”) is a technology that greatly improve the performance of the building achieving a HERs rating of 42 or lower.
